How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website and when you contact us about products and services. Our website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

What type of information is collected from you?

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We do not generally collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

What we do with this information

The information we gather from you may be used in the following ways. Not limited to:

  • Storgae duration: We will store your data only for as long as needed but no more than 12 months from when you register or visit our platform.
  • Place: Your data will be stored on servers within the United Kingdom or the European Union. It may be on mirrored servers to increase data security.
  • Purpose: We shall gather your information solely for the use of metrics and will not use it to contact you about any other projects or events except the one(s) you have registered for.
  • Who has access: Access to data will only be granted to those custodians specifically requiring access due to job function.
